The largest demand segments were:
- customer support VAs and inbox management
- lead qualification and CRM follow-up
- founder and executive VA support
Teams cited faster response times, better pipeline coverage, and lower operating costs as primary reasons for expanding VA support.
As the market matures, buyers are also asking for tighter SOP documentation and KPI reporting as part of onboarding.
