Services
VirtualAssistantVA connects businesses with professional virtual assistants. Our service includes matching, onboarding, and ongoing support. Service plans, hours, and pricing are as described on our pricing page.
Billing & Payments
- All plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
- Refunds are available within 14 days under our money-back guarantee
- Additional hours beyond your plan are billed at a pre-agreed rate
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Virtual assistants assigned to your account are bound by non-disclosure agreements. You agree not to disclose proprietary information about our matching algorithms or internal processes.
Limitation of Liability
VirtualAssistantVA provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VirtualAssistantVA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Changes to Terms
